Our butter dips are perishable food, and we treat delivery like it. Here's exactly what happens after you order, and what we do if anything goes wrong.

Delivery
Gurgaon only, for now. Our butter dips are perishable, so we only deliver where we can get them to you quickly. Outside Gurgaon? Tell us where you are and we'll let you know when we reach you.
Within 48 hours. Your order reaches you within 48 hours of being placed. We'll update you when it's on its way.
Delivery charges. Free on orders of ₹999 and above. Below that, the delivery charge depends on your area, and we confirm it with you before we dispatch.
Please be home, or have someone receive it. Butter shouldn't wait on a doorstep. If nobody is available, our delivery partner will try to reach you first.
How long it keeps
- 5 days at room temperature
- 2 to 3 months in the fridge
- Up to 1 year in the freezer
The best-before date is on every jar.
Our replacement promise
Arrived soft or damaged? We replace it.
- Send a photo of the jar and the packaging on WhatsApp (+91 96505 22887) or to burrobello@proton.me within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number or the name the order was placed under.
- We'll reply within one day and send a fresh replacement on our next delivery run, at no cost to you.
The same applies if we send the wrong flavour or something is missing from your order. Just tell us and we'll fix it.
Returns
Because our butter dips are perishable food, we can't accept returns of delivered products, for hygiene and safety reasons. If something is wrong with your order, our replacement promise above covers you instead.
Cancellations and refunds
Changed your mind? Message us before your order is dispatched and we'll cancel it. If you paid online, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Once an order is on its way, we can't cancel it.
